Joby showed how the sound of an airtaxi was measured

Test flights of the eVTOL vehicle have become part of NASA’s program to study experimental aircraft in action and determine their safety for passengers.

NASA has collected acoustic data for use in modeling future airspace concepts. Also, these data testify to the outstanding characteristics of the Joby eVTOL air taxi.

In the future, the agency plans to conduct similar tests with other eVTOL development companies.
